Some might argue that watching a movie while exercising might not be the best way to workout but for me it is a great way to use my personal home gymnasium frequently. In case you don’t feel like workout one day, work up the courage to just get started. When I am tired or if it’s late and I don’t really feel like exercising, I just go down to my home gymnasium and tell myself: I only need to do ten minutes of exercises. Sure enough, when I pop in the video, I get caught up in the action and end-up doing more exercises than I expected. The first step is the hardest.
As an added bonus, when you workout regularly you sleep better as your body is benefiting from regular sleeping hormones. The best part about having my own home gymnasium is that once I am done workout, I just have to walk up a couple of stairs and I can enjoy a well deserved warm bath.
